Out Patient Therapy

Outpatient therapy is short-term and person-centered, and focused on improving the client's functioning. Issues that benefit from this approach are depression, anxiety, PTSD, BiPolar, ADHD, ADD,
and family disruptions such as divorce and bereavement. The licensed therapist may also make referrals for other supportive services to benefit the client. Ongoing outpatient services may include individual, family, or group therapy.
